About Us
We saw our first patient in December 2000 and have been at the same location ever since.
We have three healthcare providers:
Noelle Cerdan, DNP, APRN, CPNP is a Doctor of Nursing Practice, advanced practice registered nurse (APRN) and a board certified pediatric nurse practitioner (CPNP)
We limit the number of families in our practice so when your child needs to be seen the same day, we are able to have an appointment available. When we feel we are close to reaching our capacity, we stop accepting new families to our practice. When we have the capacity to see more patients, we restart accepting new families. We are currently accepting most new families and always accept new siblings from our current families. We provide well and sick care for infants, children, and adolescents from birth to age 17.
Availability by Provider
Dr. Hom does not usually see patients Wednesday afternoons and Thursday mornings unless we are unusually busy. She usually takes care of our hospitalized patients at Sunrise Hospital on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.
Dr. Oshiro does not see patients Wednesday mornings or Thursday afternoons unless the office is unusually busy. He usually takes care of the hospitalized patients at Sunrise Hospital from Thursday-Monday, and holidays.
DNP Cerdan works Tuesday through Friday. She does not work Mondays. Of the three providers, she has the best availability in the early morning or if you have a child who needs to be seen in the afternoon after school.
